Merry Widow Trail and the Lac Truite (Trout Lake) Trail can be accessed from the Alice Lake Loop logging roads

Songhees Trail from Goergie Lake & Nahwitti Lake Trail from Nahwiiti Lake on the Cape Scott road are within easy driving distance and perfect for day trips.
